Water Heater Pipe Burst In Apple Valley, CA

This Apple Valley family residence had a water heater pipe burst which resulted in damaging 7 rooms in their home. Hallway, kitchen, laundry, water heater closet, dining room, hall bath, and bedroom were all affected. Above photos is the bedroom that was effected by the water damage. For this particular area we first needed to remove materials that were damaged. The carpet, carpet pad, baseboards, drywall, and insulation were all removed. After the removal of materials we set up our state of the art drying equipment to remediate the wood frame studs and sub-floor. After drying was completed we removed all equipment immediately.
