Our roof leaked and flooded the living room while we were out of town, but Ahlan, Todd, and their crew were the most helpful, friendliest people and it turned our whole experience around. I would recommend them to anybody, and I appreciate their service!

My son who is 4 and has autism was really struggling with the fans for the drying of the walls and the fact it flooded into his bedroom and we were worried how long he would be displaced and Adam was a huge help in covering the flooring that had to be taken up so my son could have his space and bed area back. They are very understanding here about kids with Autism and were so very helpful. I am definitely happy with this company's sympathy and compassion for our family during this time. Great Service.

I was initially skeptical about using a company referred from the insurance. But was assured that SERVPRO would do an amazing job. I had water damage resulting from a roof leak. The service from SERVPRO was exceptional. George completed the remodel. He was prompt, professional and very easy to communicate with. He listened to my concerns and made sure the job was done to my liking. I was promised my room would look the same or even better. It turned out better. Thank you.

Excellent job all around from their mitigation crew to their restoration crew! We had a house flood and didn't know where to start or who to call. I'm glad we found SERVPRO. They came out the same day. For the drying and mitigation, we worked directly with Ahlan and Curtis along with their crew (Adam, Kenneth, and Christian). They were great at communicating and took a lot of the stress out of a stressful situation. They were very thorough with the mitigation and drying process. I could not thank them enough.  

When it came time for the rebuild, I worked with Dustin. He was also very professional and prompt with responding to any questions or concerns we had. We had a tight timeline to get the job completed and he finished almost a whole week early. The office staff (Angie, Lori and Jackie) were also great with responding to questions and communicating next steps.

We recently bought our home in Apple Valley. Shortly there after we discovered a leak coming from upstairs. Curtis and his team came out and quickly and efficiently  assessed the situation.  His team Ahlan, Adam, Christian and Kenneth were extremely professional and courteous as well. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and got everything ready for the next phase of restoration. I strongly recommend these guys if you have any water damage at your home in the High Desert.
